Would you enjoy working on the Greensboro Electrical & Electronics Engineering management team in order to optimize the output, securing the collaboration and setting the direction for the future?

The position gives a very good insight in how a global organization with different cultures is working together. You will report to and work closely together with the Chief Engineer of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Greensboro.

**Core Tasks and Responsibilities**

+ Plan, document and follow-up on the Greensboro Electrical and Electronics Engineering management team meetings and related action items

+ Drive short and long term strategic actions defined by the Chief Engineer EE Greensboro

+ Define and follow-up EE GSO focused activities and Key Performance Indicators

+ Present regular Key Performance status to GSO EE management team with identified actions to secure targets

+ Lead specific organization development projects

+ Communication interface for inside EE GSO and outside to our other EE sites

+ Based on internal audits data to identify with the EE management team areas for continuous improvement, to define and drive related actions items

**Minimum Education Required**

+ Minimum BSEE, MS preferred

**Experience Required**

+ 8 years engineering experience with at least three years in automotive, aerospace or commercial vehicle

+ Experience from product development in Electrical & Electronics or corresponding area

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

+ Leadership experience from line or Project management is preferred
