**Job Description:**







**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**







-Allocate appropriate resources to complete a wide scope of advanced uptower field repairs in a safe and timely manner







-Drive a culture of safety and quality to field personnel







-Ability to analyze and resolve problems independently and efficiently







-Provide excellent service to internal and external customers







-Communicate technical data and work progress in a clear and concise manner







-Flexibility to work outside planned hours, including nights and weekends as needed and on-call







-Complete and maintain required and accurate documentation and records







-Work in varying temperature conditions, and adverse weather conditions







**Requirements:**







-Must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the wind industry or related field







-Must have a minimum of 1 year of management experience







-Willing to travel up to 50%







-High school diploma or equivalent







-Must be capable of using Microsoft Office programs and web based programs related to data management







-Must meet body weight restrictions of 265 lbs. or less as required by the equipment safety regulations







-Must pass a physical administered by a medical examiner to ensure ability to safely perform the job functions and meet the physical demands of the position







-Must have clean driving record and pass pre-hire drug screening
