**Job Description:**


+ Responsible for the co-creation of an L&D technology strategy to address talent development needs and learning solutions now and in the future

+ Researches and tests new technologies, innovates in the learning space to promote new methods and theories of learning while adhering to governances and desired measurements

+ Manages relationship with IT in alignment with Digitalization Strategy

+ Maintains processes and standards documentation

+ Oversees the planning and execution of content administration for a global LCMS/LMS

+ Conducts usability tests to evaluate the need for system enhancements on an on-going basis considering multigenerational use

+ Assists with the planning and execution of analysis on various aspects of the learning management systems to improve business processes.

+ Team Size & Structure /Interfaces:

+ Primary interface with Global IT and Regional IT points of contact

+ Close alignment with HC Digitalization strategy for HR

+ Collaborates with Program/Project teams and to document and communicate standards and processes

+ Provides technical expertise and act as pointofcontact for tools questions from Program/Project managers, Specialist, Developers and Trainers

+ Collaborates with Program/Portfolio Managers and usability experts to maintain the visual and functional standards for L&D offerings

+ 5+ Years working in organizations with large disruptions due to industry

+ changes and customer demands (i.e. Facebook, Amazon, etc.)

+ 2 - 5 years of learning systems experience, content management, and

+ production experience

+ 2 5 years Project Management leveraging Lean/Agile Methods,

+ Adult Learning Principles, Social & Collaboration platforms, corporate learning governance, Learning Analytics, Change Leadership, Assessment & Measurement
