**Position Overview**







The candidate will work on new software systems and improvements to existing systems that evolves Teamcenter into a first in class PLM Cloud system. Teamcenter is already the world leading PLM system. The Cloud presents us with an exciting opportunity to expand our reach and allows development to accelerate the adoption of new technology. The candidate will be developing software using JavaScript, Java, C#, and other Cloud scripting languages. The candidate will work on developing and deploying on industry standard cloud services such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc. The candidate will be working in a team environment using Agile processes for code development.







**Responsibilities**







Develop software solutions that satisfy stated requirements and quality metrics







Participating in daily scrum meetings and bi-weekly sprint reviews







Participate in architectural and design meetings







Document designs, user documentation and test information







Self-learn to keep up with fast moving cloud technologies







**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

Bachelors Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or other supplemented with real world programming experience







Experience in Java and/or C# development 1+ years (part-time, internship ok)







Experience in JavaScript, AngularJS and/or jQuery 1+ years (lab, project ok)







Experience in AWS, Azure and Micro Services knowledge







Ability to learn / dive in into the technology trends and to explore them in practice to implement PoC







Able to work well in a team environment







Self-Directed, High Energy







**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







Having following skills be considered advantageous







Experience in multi-tier web development







Experience with Docker or any other container technologies







Knowledge with TDD and understanding of automated testing approaches







Experience working with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, Mockito







Bring something special to the team, like: demonstrated leadership abilities, dev ops expertise, testing design expertise, a burning desire to innovate
