IT Relationship Specialist

**Job Location:** United States : Florida : Tampa

**Role Value Proposition:**

This is a key role which manages data focused projects across teams, technologies and function.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Leads and drives efforts to align strategic and financial plans between IT and the business

+ Leads/Participates in formal service level, initiative and financial review meetings with customers and respective IT partners

+ Develops and manages performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and creates a client-driven report on key initiatives and metrics

+ Collaborate with peers to establish best practices and service consistency

+ Contributes to overall project status reporting, including OMMs, metrics, management presentations, etc.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**

+ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience

+ Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle, infrastructure products and services and IT portfolio and program management.


+ 10+ years of broad IT experience, including application development, architecture, risk management, operations and engineering

+ Understanding of accounting principles and how they are realistically applied within a corporate financial structure

+ Understanding of how data driven solutions work, ability to track and verify data across applications and technologies


+ Extensive business acumen with a broad range of exposure to business units

+ Superior customer relationship, communications and presentation skills

+ Executive level technical and customer service management experience
