**Job Description:**







**Position Overview:**



The International Payroll Specialist is responsible for proactive collaboration with customer and key internal business partners. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, timely, and high quality processing of inpats-expats payrolls and tax withholdings. This role will also include mergers and acquisitions support activities along with process improvements.







**Responsibilities:**



Responsible for the accurate and timely payment of domestic and International payrolls, including shadow payrolls.



Maintains all payroll records within Payroll system to ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with the government regulations, companys policies and procedures



Coordinate the project plan and establishes time-frames for the comp collect processing for year-end for producing proper year end statements for expatriates.



Ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with the government regulations and companys policies and procedures



Effectively identify problems and proactively suggest and implement solutions. Use quality management techniques and CAPA-s in approaching issues.



Communicate effectively with various levels of management around the globe to ensure high level of customer support and positive customer interactions.



Assist in developing various payroll and reports and analysis to customers and management



Provide high level of customer support and ensure positive customer interactions



Provide support in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including but not limited to, analysis of payroll impacts, as needed.



Review current payroll processes, identify areas for standardization and execute process improvements



Project management and other assignments as needed.







**Required Knowledge/Skills Education and Experience:**



Associate Degree required



CPP designation a plus



2+ years of experience in payroll related responsibilities; International payrolls experience a big plus.



Strong conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently



Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and assignments with deadlines



Strong technical skills, ability to troubleshot standard payroll system issues effectively



Strong customer service orientation and ability to establish solid working relationships



Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing



Strong analytical and mathematical skills; attention to detail a must



Ability to interact with all levels of management



Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications Excel, Word, and PowerPoint



Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or ERP systems highly preferred



Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things
