We are seeking an HVAC Technician who monitors and maintains heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment; perform repairs, general and preventive maintenance on large capacity cooling towers refrigeration systems, evaporative coolers, heat exchangers, electrical/mechanical controls, controllers and general plumbing throughout the community; and to install, repair, test and rebuild back flow devices on all boilers. 


High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC license required. 2 -3 years of residential or commercial experience, communicates effectively, both orally and in writing and must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with good driving record.
All applicants must successfully pass a drug screen and Level II background check.
