**Role Value Proposition:**

MetLife is seeking a bright, diligent person to join our HRIS Administration team. The ideal candidate will have very good communication skills, experience with administering and testing Global HR information system

The HRIS Analyst will provide HR Information systems data management and reporting support. Design, modify, and maintain the organizations HR information systems. Knowledgeable in HR business processes and systems infrastructure rather than applied technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provides data management and reporting support.

+ Inputs and retrieves employee information/data and maintains HR related databases using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

+ Prepares and creates reports and statistical summaries from the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

+ Handles day to day administration and problem resolution of the HRIS system.

+ Recommends modifications to systems, processes, reports, and data management to improve efficiency and end user satisfaction.

+ Reviews source information to ensure HRIS data is accurate and complete, identifies inconsistencies and takes corrective action.

+ Develops and generates ad hoc reports and queries as requested.

+ Resolves user problems regarding assigned systems. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ High School diploma.

+ 1-2 yrs. of related work experience.

+ Excellent communication skills.


+ Basic knowledge of the business functions, systems, and infrastructure of the area supported.

+ Basic understanding in systems design processes, methodologies, and testing tools.
