**Job Description:**







**Role Summary:**







**The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Team Leads. Responsibilities include interview scheduling, offer letter generation, building positive relationships with the hiring community and candidates, special projects as assigned.**







**Principle Accountabilities:**







+ **Interview scheduling (On-site, phone & video)**



+ **Interface with candidates and hiring managers**



+ **Facilitating specialty arrangements including travel, lodging, conference room booking, etc.**



+ **Update candidate and requisition statuses in Taleo (ATS)**



+ **Communicate with clients and new hires to ensure smooth onboarding process**



+ **Prepare offer and transfer letters**



+ **Creating new requisitions & postings within ATS**



+ **Other duties as assigned**







**Qualifications/Requirements:**







+ **Minimum 1 year of recruiting, HR or related experience in meeting fast paced client needs**



+ **Minimum 1 year of experience working within an applicant tracking system**



+ **Experience working with a video interviewing tool, such as Montage or Hire Vue, preferred**



+ **Legal Authorization to work in the U.S.**

+ **Well-suited candidate who is accustomed to problem solving issues for clients, and able to handle the heavy administrative work flow processing with a positive attitude**
