**Role Value Proposition:**







We are searching for an experienced Quality Analyst who can gather important company data and compile it into reports shareholders and departmental managers can use. We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes. We are looking for someone who can provide audit information to management by researching and analyzing data, preparing reports for compliance related processes. This position has responsibility for timely and accurate project plan administration, system testing, and data quality assurance, including identification of areas of improvement, analysis of current processes, transactions and data management.







**Key Responsibilities:**







Manages HR System, data quality and governance processes across HR including identification of areas of improvement, analyzing current processes, transactions and data.







Develop test plans, comprehensive test cases, test scripts, test reports for complex and non-routine processes at the application and multi-application levels as well as plan, organize and manage UAT projects for HR







Working independently, responds to detailed information requests by preparing and creating complex business and operational reports.







Gather reporting requirements from the business and create and publish reports for users to generate within HR Systems.







Manipulates data using spreadsheet or database applications taking into account technical knowledge of operations, reporting formats and objectives of data analysis.







Determine and document program & project scope and deliverables based on documentation and requirements supplied.







Create and administer project plans.







Leads project teams responsible for overseeing improvements to HR data collection, output, reporting, analysis, and/or presentation.







Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects.







Draft quality assurance policies and procedures, interpret and implement quality assurance standards and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.







Coordinate and complete compliance and auditing related activities for HR as well as support related to SOX within HR







**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:** Bachelors or masters degree in related technical field







8-10 years of associated work experience and testing experience







Advanced reporting skills, database management, maintenance and methodology skills







Comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint







Practical application ability with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Visio







Detailed analytical abilities







Strong experience in user testing and project management







Success Factors experience a plus
