**Job Description:**







Job Summary:







- Reports to Comp Account Manager







- Individual contributor role







- Scope: US focused







- Substantial internal contacts, across Healthineers and in collaboration with Siemens Shared Services.







Responsibilities:







- Work on straightforward tasks as assigned by Comp Account Managers







- Work under direct supervision / guidance of Comp Account Managers to determine analytical steps, analyze data







- Review own work for quality







- With guidance, work to summarize initial findings, develop templates







- Work includes:







o Basic Modeling







o Analysis of large databases







o Research of comp trends, comp data (i.e., benchmarking)







o Ability to use systems (i.e., Fusion, market benchmarking system, etc.)







o Pull data / run queries from Fusion







o Complete audits for data validity/governance purposes







- Will have primary responsibility in the following topic:







Salary Management / CAPRi & GRIP







+ Salary planning, including tools used to do so



+ Managing CAPRi/GRIP managing the annual TMR analysis, vetting new geo diffs, vetting new job codes/roles, slotting advice to Comp Account Managers



+ Salary survey participation and upload



+ College hire research & drafting communications for review



+ Special pay studies/benchmarking requests



+ FLSA process, advice, fair pay analysis



+ Overtime, shift pay, premium pay, etc. policies



+ Merit research and merit matrix development for review



+ Contribute to off cycle pay process approach



+ Research/investigate and design hourly CAPRi/GRIP and/or CAPRi/GRIP structural modifications







- Will have additional responsibilities in the following topics:







Recognition / Incentive







+ Reward and recognition program administration



+ Service award program administration



+ Remain cognizant of incentive practices internally



+ Keep current with external incentive trends



+ Assist in standardization of incentives, working with other bundled group members to contribute to designs



+ Assist in development of new incentive plans, modeling, analysis, defining performance metrics, etc.







Exec Comp / Equity







+ Proficient in Job evaluation



+ Can manage sub components of equity programs stock awards and share match plan, i.e., data management or reporting



+ Executive benchmarking research and summary development



+ Stock option database auditing



+ Ad hoc research requests







Knowledge:







- Must have strong working knowledge of compensation topics as well as overall knowledge of performance management process







Requirements:







- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent







- Certifications: certified Compensation Professional designation from World at Work helpful







- Technology: Excellent systems aptitude. Experience with Fusion, Access, and Excel.







- Requires 5 to 8 years minimum of Compensation experience.







- Customer service and process skills







- Excellent analytical, organization and attention to detail skills







Environment:







- Office environment (Chicago area, Cary, or Malvern) or remote







- Limited domestic travel (10%)
