**Job Description:**







Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) is seeking a Help Desk Analyst. SGT is a dynamic and rapidly changing organization. We are seeking a self-driven individual to complement our growing team.







**Responsibilities include:**







Perform duties relating to the development, maintenance and support of the organizations information technology.



Provide support to end users on a variety of IT issues.



Identify, research and resolve technical problems.



Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.



Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.







**Requirements include:**







Degree in information technology or equivalent experience.



MCSA desired



Possess an understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles.



Minimum of two years in end-user support and administration of Windows environments inclusive of Active Directory user and workstation administration.



Experience with desktop and related hardware support, disk imaging utilities, help desk ticketing software and enterprise antivirus software necessary.



Ability to write documentation to describe network and software changes related to applications and hardware.



Experience supporting Exchange required.



Strong problem solving skills and methodical troubleshooting are required.



Ability to learn new skills and keep current with rapidly changing information technology.



Ability to work independently.







Security Clearance: Candidate must be a US citizen and will be subject to a government security investigation to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at a Secret level.
