We have an exciting opportunity to join this growing team as a Dealer/Channel Manager. This role will:







- Manage B2B relationships through a complete understanding of our partners business models and their customer base.







- Review existing SLAs with MedLabs, Delta, Castling and other distribution channels to ensure consistent delivery on OEM commitment.







- Examine dealer business to uncover opportunities for mutually beneficial growth.







- Leverage dealer infrastructure and strengths to increase service sales.







- Develop targeted revenue generation programs with PMs.







- Renegotiate/revise agreements with dealers to improve position and profitability







- Uncover areas for improvement and take action to produce immediate revenue growth or FY18.







- Quarterly Business Reviews with distributor/dealers.







Specific to PartsSource relationship







- Review purchase trends and parts usage to increase volume and/or margin, where applicable







- Leverage market dynamics and competitor







- Collaborate with PMs to examine parts pricing models







- Examine opportunities for private labeling and/or refurb part harvesting and distribution.







New Opportunities for this role include:







- Explore new business opportunities by leveraging dealer and distributor networks







- Identifying and executing campaign selling opportunities Time and material focused sales







Additional skills for this position include:







+ 5-10 years of experience in business development



+ Bachelors degree minimum



+ MBA would be preferred



+ Experience designing business models



+ Solid negotiation experience



+ Building opportunity deals



+ Creating strategy for business pipeline



+ Exceptional interpersonal skills working with all levels of organization



+ Experience building effective partnerships with customers
