_Job Description Financial Analyst IV_

**Position Overview**

- Development of communication plan towards Steering Committee/


- Regular interaction with measure owners and coordination of measure

updating as well as process tracking

- Visualization of project progress

- Critical content assessment and analysis as well as strategy

alignment of measures that are provided by measure owners


- Ensure clear communication of project progress towards Steering


- Organize status updates with Steering Committee & coaches

- Held measure owners to be responsible to provide data for

consolidation into measure sheets (and dashboard)

-Alignment on decision points / communication to stakeholders

- Gathering and aligning data from measures owners

- Visualization of project progress & consolidating data into


- Identification of critical issues/ red flags that require executive


- Support for deep-dives on critical/focus measures

- Support for report-outs (dashboard)

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

- Proven track-record in managing multiple assignments simultaneously/

to multi-task and strong communication skills to C-Level management

- Strategic and entrepreneurial orientation/ mind set

- Critical analysis and the ability to deep dive into problems

- Understanding of key components of SDLC and PM critical components

(Organization skills to steer projects as scope, time, costs, quality,

HR, communications, risk mitigation, integration, etc.)

- Excellent organizational skills

- Combination of Finance process and Finance systems experience.

- Strong analytical and administrative skills; formal Business Analysis

experience preferred

- Consultative mentality; formal consulting experience preferred

- Ability to visualize project process in PPT, EXCEL, Dashboarding and

Management-Level Reporting

- Ability to be an influential business support partner who can work

with and garner support from cross-functional managers and staff

- Must have a good attitude and know how to make work enjoyable;

curiosity imperative

- Consistently dependable, self-motivated, flexible, and highly driven


**Education & training:**

*** Bachelor degree in business, finance, information management, or**

**related discipline required**

*** Preferred: Master of Science, Master of Business Administration**

**and/or CPA/CMA; Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or**


*** 7+ years experience in Performance Management/ Finance, or comparable**


*** 2+ years experience in DF PL or Software Environment**
