_Job Description Financial Analyst III_

Position Overview


* Completes financial planning and reporting activities.

* Performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure,

asset, cash and liabilities, etc. and special project related topics

* Preparation of executive meetings

* Ownership for global internal allocation procedure on BU-Level

* Support in Lean Digital Company Initiatives

* Intermediate role as a business translator between IT and Finance

(ensure bi-directional communication)

* Strong interaction with VP of Finance

* Analyses and monitors key performance indicators and business

performance, and creates regular reports to management.

* May perform and complete also projects re developing financial and

controlling standards and guidelines.

* Carries out a range of operational tasks and project work in the area

of expertise as assigned by superior.

* May or may not be specialized in any kind of financial area.

* May also contribute to the (further) development of concepts and

standards in the area of expertise based on operational experience.

* May include functional leadership

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

- Proven track-record in critical analysis and the ability to deep dive

into problems

- Strategic and entrepreneurial orientation/ mind set

- Abilityto manage multiple assignments simultaneously

- Strong analytical and administrative skills; formal Business Analysis

experience preferred

- Ability to visualize project process in PPT, EXCEL, Dashboarding and

Management-Level Reporting

- International experience working across business units, business

segments and divisions

- Prior experience in managing budgets and cost center reporting and


- Prior in depth experience with SAP and Essbase, including an

understanding of DF PLs organizational structure

- Must have a good attitude and know how to make work enjoyable;

curiosity imperative

- Consistently dependable, self-motivated, flexible, and highly driven


* Bachelor degree in business, finance, information management, or

related discipline

Preferred: Master of Science,Master of Business Administration

and/or CPA/CMA; Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or


3+ years of relevant education/ work experience in Finance

2+ years experience working with Office, Essbase and SAP
