**Job Description:**

**Financial Analyst-** **CLT**

Position Summary:

+ Supporting the (Products Business Controlling Steam & Generators) - Charlotte Generator Manufacturing Business Controlling

+ Lead for the generator product line reporting topics.


+ Lead the monthly financial reporting and forecast process for the generator business.

+ Requires interfacing with all aspects of the financial group, key members of the operational leadership team, and segment and/or BU BC functions.

+ Is responsible for and drives the reporting and forecast process on a monthly basis and during the annual financial plan development cycle (budget).

+ The role is expected to identify the fundamental business drivers behind variances; assess trend developments; and spot risks/opportunities as represented in the financial forecast.

+ Interpret CF R, PG and PR BC guidelines such as regulativ and various operational controlling requirements.Ensure effective & efficient compliance by collaboratively developing modification recommendations at Factory & Segment level.

+ The position plays a key role in advising the financial management team in the preparation of all financial reporting.

+ The position is expected to continually assess the planning and reporting process to improve efficiency and forecast quality.

+ Additional ad hoc projects will be tasked to the role.


+ Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; Advanced degree or certification preferred

+ 5-8 years progressive experience in a global finance environment

+ Strong financial planning and analysis experience with demonstrated examples for driving business improvements through financial reporting.

+ Comfortable operating in a complex internal customer environment.

+ Profiecient using SAP platform

+ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Advanced Excel Level experience

+ Ability to communication at all levels clearly and concisely with information (or data) to non technical associates, peers and management.

+ Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in matrix groups.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Must be flexible and able to thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.

+ Think outside the box surround innovative ideas

+ Ability to conceptualize and socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.
