**Role Value Proposition:**







This full-time position is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Executive Vice President and staff. This position requires attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in an environment that requires frequent change. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. The individual is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism.







**Key Responsibilities:**







+ Manage Microsoft Outlook calendar, inbox, and address books; respond to incoming telephone calls, routing calls as appropriate.



+ Schedule and coordinate meetings / conference calls; prepare related materials / correspondence.



+ Schedule travel arrangements, international visas and arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries.



+ Process expense reports.



+ Interface with senior leaders, executive assistants of senior leaders, at all levels of the organization, both within and outside the company.



+ Performs other duties as required or assigned.







**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**







Required:







+ 5+ years of administrative experience supporting a senior level executive.



+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.



+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



+ Ability to schedule and maintain travel arrangements, international visas and arrange travel itineraries.



+ Ability to manage within a complex matrix reporting environment with cultural sensitivity.



+ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.



+ Proactive and effective decision maker that manages with limited oversight.



+ Seasoned professional with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proprietary software, specifically Powerpoint.



+ Demonstrated tact, capacity for discreetly handling sensitive and confidential information and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.







Preferred:







+ Bachelors Degree is highly preferred.



+ Insurance and Financial Services experience.



+ Global experience is ideal.
