**Job Description:**







**Position Overview**







The Administrative Assistants performs administrative duties for an Executive within the company. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information. The administrative assistant is knowledgeable of corporate policy and procedures and is often called upon to interpret and communicate the Executives intent to other leaders. He/she works effectively with little or no supervision.







**Responsibilities**







Acts aspoint of contact between the executive and both internal and external contacts, customers and partners.







Calendar management.







Travel coordination, both domestic and international.







Conferences/workshops coordination.







New hire postings and on-boarding.







Equipment & supplies purchasing.







Expense report creation and submission.







**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







Excellent knowledge of MS Office.







Organizational skills.







Knowledge of Siemens and Siemens internal systems.







Discretion and confidentiality.







High level verbal and written skills.







Ability to multitask and handle high stress environment (startup organization).







Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with other team members.







High school diploma.







10 years of administrative experience with track record of Sr. mgmt. support.







**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







Advanced knowledge of Siemens and its current systems







Experience working within the PLM organization and key contacts around the organization.







Exposure to key tools required to perform Exec support Taleo, Web tools etc.
