**Job Description:**

**Position Overview:**

The Enterprise Engineer Consultant will represent the CTO in technical discussions concerning simulation capabilities and roadmaps.


+ Explore and understand the technical direction of the marketplace.

+ Provide assistance with research in simulation (3D and 1D) activities and advise in product development.

+ Participate in prototyping activities.

+ Provide consulting and training to existing customers.

+ Represent the company in academia and public forums such as conferences and industry advisory boards

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

+ 15-20 years of experience using or developing physics simulation products in a commercial environment.

+ PhD in Engineering with mathematics undergraduate degree, or PhD in Applied mathematics with engineering undergraduate degree. The preferred engineering fields are: mechanical (structural or fluid), electrical or computer science.

+ Work experience with finite element technology is required.

+ Experience providing technical leadership to a group of engineers

+ Background and knowledge of advanced CAE simulation tools and techniques

+ Commercial experience developing or using simulation software such as NASTRAN, ABAQUS, StarCCM+, Fluent, ANSYS. 7. Knowledge of optimization techniques.
