**Job Description:**


The Systems Engineering Specialist Level II position is a high level technical position that will offer our clients expert level installation of building automation controls primarily around commercial HVAC systems for Data Centers. This is a non-office based position reporting to the Engineering Manager. Position will require significant travel around the continental US.


Reviews and provides feedback on mechanical system designs for customer

Generates point databases and programming of HVAC control systems based on specified sequence of operations.

Individual will work closely with client and EoR with respect to sequence optimization.

Leads software and factory witness tests per project requirements

Provides expertise and applies technical knowledge throughout the system and/or service lifecycle to include startup/commissioning of systems.

May lead technical activities on project to include supervision of lower level technicians. Acts as coach & mentor to lower level technicians helping to develop required technical skillsets.

Participates in job-site final walkthroughs on assigned projects working closely with client, Cx Agents and contracting tier to close-out punch lists.

May prepare/write Methods of Procedure (MOP's) documents for implementation of system modifications or repairs as required by the client.

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:**

High School Diploma, Associates Degree in technical field preferred

8+ years experience in Building Automation field as technician/specialist

Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

self-motivated, strong work ethic desired

* Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing.

* Individual must be at least 21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan.
