**Job Description:**







Develop and execute the

Healthcare Sectors global interactive marketing initiatives including

marketing automation and online demand generation.







Evaluate digital marketing

tools, manage vendors and the acquisition and launch of digital marketing tools

globally.







Develop, hire, and manage a team

of digital marketing specialists to work with the countries and BUs to launch

their own online campaigns.







Evaluate new and emerging digital

marketing strategies to create a best in class digital interactive marketing

organization.







Consult with stakeholders across

BUs to integrate marketing automation into their existing and new marketing

campaigns.







Manage the development of a

comprehensive integration between web-based demand generation and lead capture

and the internal CRM systems.







Own the global interactive

marketing budget, bring in new projects and upgrades to existing platforms on

time and on budget.







Manage global legal compliance

with all applicable anti-SPAM and Privacy laws.







Plan and execute digital

marketing campaigns including:

email and e-newsletter communications, SMS

communications, automated nurturing.







Leverage marketing automation

tools to track marketing campaign ROI







Email list and database

segmentation







Report key metrics of digital

marketing campaigns







Email account maintenance,

preference center maintenance







Launch digital marketing tools

to stakeholders in new BUs across Healthcare Sector







Manage and run digital marketing

pilots







Assist users and stakeholders

with technical issues first-level technical support for email and marketing

automation platforms







Skills / Qualifications:







Minimum of 3-5 years experience

in email marketing; direct marketing; interactive marketing; direct experience

with an email communications implementation technology platform or provider or

marketing automation platform or provider, servicing email marketing campaigns







Knowledge of a variety of the

email marketing concepts, practices, metrics, and procedures







Basic database knowledge







Proficiency with Microsoft

Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)







Basic HTML knowledge







Strong organization,

multi-tasking and prioritization skills







Attention to detail with desire

to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment







Excellent oral and written

communications skills







Analytical and

numerically-focused, with attention to detail







Ability to work independently,

while also functioning and contributing as part of a team







Experience with web analytics

packages a plus







Knowledge of CRM applications a

plus







Primary

Responsibilities:







Develop and execute flawless and

timely email marketing campaigns: one-time, recurring, triggered and

dynamic-content driven.







Conduct digital marketing

campaigns - from concept to execution; including set-up, targeting, data

monitoring, scheduling, tracking, testing, QA,

deployment, monitoring and reporting of return on investment







Create and edit HTML email

coding.







Create and edit online forms







Understanding the technical

platforms on which digital marketing campaigns are built, automated and

executed; deliverability testing & monitoring, and results reporting.







Remain current on email best

practices and knowledge of CAN-SPAM and other email-related guidelines and

industry regulations.







Compile data from email database

for analysis and reporting; and, convert into tables and charts using Excel and

PowerPoint.







Identify possible process

improvements and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and productivity.







Develop and maintain favorable

relationships with customers and internal global stakeholders, ensuring their

needs and goals are consistently met.







Understand the role of marketing

automation and how it works in combination with and supports the other

marketing and sales channels.







Perform weekly and monthly

maintenance of email accounts.







Support other online initiatives

as needed, such as SEO, SEM, web metrics and web content deployment.







Assist in development and

maintenance of integration between marketing and CRM tools.







Evaluate new tools and best

practices for digital marketing, including: plug-ins, cloud connections, apps

etc
