Branch ManagerDepartment:Branch AdministrationLocation:VariousSummary:Branch ManagerResponsibilities and skills include, but are not limited to:Develop branch deposit base through community outreach activities and business calling to developing new business relationships; Directly work with clients to build relationships and provide consistent quality customer service;Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including implementation of policies and procedures and company programs and objectives;Increase branch deposit base and loan portfolio by participating in on-going sales training and programs, coaching branch staff and developing and implementing productive sales strategies and techniques;Creating workforce stability by cultivating an engaged, enthusiastic, and well-coached team;Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote bank’s image and growth;Perform other miscellaneous functions as requested;Computer experience required, including experience with Microsoft Office products.Amboy Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
