**Role Value Proposition:**

This role is responsible for the CRM architecture build-out and data management focusing on P&C products and Customer Lifetime Value. The Customer Lifetime Value Model will segment customers into retention and profitability tiers. Relevant skills include CRM architecture experience, data modeling, and data analysis using structured and unstructured data.

The individual in this role will collaborate with various cross-functional areas and external vendors on the end-to-end Customer Experience, Customer Campaigns, Pricing, Sales, Distribution, and Claims. Role objectives on CRM Campaigns and implementing the Customer Lifetime Value Model will include optimizing product upsell and cross-sell as well as customer segmentation, referrals, and retention.

The incumbent, while working independently, will also drive a variety of projects from a systems architecture and data management perspective by promoting a customer-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Engaging with diverse groups including Product Management, Claims, Marketing, Finance, Data Sciences, and IT to bridge communications and facilitate mutual understanding.

+ Ensuring alignment of key customer engagement and optimization initiatives with projects, implementation phases, activities, and deliverables.

+ Synthesizing requirements analysis, technical specifications analysis, and system design and architecture into executable campaign-related deliverables.

+ Leading CRM data architecture efforts across all customer journeys and channels.

+ Sourcing leads for all CRM campaigns.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ 5+ years of relevant experience in data management on large-scale implementations spanning multiple source systems and application interfaces.

+ Experience interpreting business process flows, system/data flows, and technical specifications.


+ Bachelors Degree is highly preferred.

+ Experience in general database design, data modeling, and source-to-target mapping.

+ Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and analytics specific to CRM projects focusing on customer interactions and Customer Lifetime Value is preferred.
