Our Diagnostic

Imaging Components and Vacuum Technology (CV) team drives critical support for

healthcare equipment manufacturers in their goal to raise the clinical

excellence, operational efficiency and financial profitability of healthcare

providers. Our global presence and technology expertise in product development

and production makes us the partner of choice for Siemens Healthineers imaging

and in-vitro diagnostics businesses and external companies. CV is not only the

market leader in components for medical imaging devices, but is also the

manufacturing backbone of Siemens Healthineers.

**Position Overview**

Our CV organization

is currently looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist for our

Hoffman Estates, IL facility.

The Customer Support

Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and

seamless information delivery between Siemens and our hospital customers.This role requires outstanding customer service

skills, excellent communication with internal and external

customers, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Theideal candidate has 1 year of prior experience in a customer

support role. He/she is also bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese. 4

weeks of training will be provided to our new hires.


+ Handle inbound/outbound calls from healthcare internal andexternal customers, open service tickets, dispatch all calls and escalateissues where necessary.

+ Coordinate and schedule system installations.

+ Manage multiple dispatching queues and ensure timely closureor escalation of all customer issues.

+ Ensure timely service delivery and problem resolution for allhealthcare customers.

+ Create and maintain documentation in our ticketing system.

+ Record customer feedback and complaint information incompliance with quality requirements.

+ Provide technical support to customers experiencing simpleapplication or technical issues according to our Knowledge Base and Guides,such as user management and password resets.

**RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

+ High school diploma/GED with at least 1 year of experience ina prior customer support or service type role

+ **Prior experience providing support to enterprise customers isrequired**

+ **Prior experience dispatching calls, a plus**

+ **Prior experience in providing customer support in an ITenvironment, a plus**

+ **Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese**

+ **Highly-motivated team player with excellent communicationskills (written and verbal)**

+ **Excellent customer service, problem resolution andorganizational skills**

+ **To effectively manage a global customer base in differenttime zones, we request candidates to have flexibility in working hours (between6.00am 6.00pm).**
