**Customer Services Professional for CSMC**







**PositionOverview**







Are you ready to actively engage with customers and take on new

challenges while supporting the growth and strategic direction of an evolving

business? Customer Service - Motion Control is looking for candidates

that are enthusiastic about the machine tool business and inspired by helping

serve our customers needs. The Customer Services Professional role will focus

on the following primary goals:







+ Primary supportchannel for our MC Service Contract business



+ Revenue generationfor CS MC portfolio of products through proactive support of BusinessDevelopers and Lead Generation



+ Be responsive to thecustomer eliminate delays to respond to quotations & help customersbuy



+ Improve quote/win rates on CS MCProducts.







**Responsibilities**







Primary support channel for our

MC Service Contract business







o Assist our business development

team in quoting contracts







o Development of quotes based on

customers specific request







o Proactive engagement with

customers regarding contracts and expiring warranty







o Monitor feedback from customers

and suggest opportunities for improvement







Analyze and monitor on annual

basis, Siemens customers that are coming off of repair service contracts and/or

warranty contracts.







o Proactively contact these

customers to discuss benefits and transition plan to service contracts.







o Forward promising leads to

appropriate Business Developers.







Analyze and monitor on annual

basis, Siemens customers that are coming off of service contracts.







o Evaluate how much of the

contract has been used and, when appropriate, proactively engage customer with

possible service that we could provide at no charge.







o Work with Field Service in

scheduling visits when appropriate







o When the time comes for renewal,

put contract summary into place to help Business Developers sell renewal

contracts.







Own relationship with our

smaller customers (under $50,000) where Business Developers cant regularly

visit







Develop monthly dashboard for

all customers on service contracts







Help maintain list of customers

who are on service contracts add in any/all contact information that is

acquired through proactive communications.







Analyze accounts where weve

seen reduction in volume.







o Proactively reach out to these

customers to understand why volume has gone away.







o Understand how Siemens can

support their future business needs.







o Forward promising leads to

appropriate Business Developers.







Actively, within a day or two,

follow up on quotes that have been sent out from our Customer Service team in

Lebanon, Ohio.







Lead qualification, including

the use of tools like GSP to find opportunities for retrofits, upgrades,

contracts, etc.







Build a trusting relationship

with Business Developers







Maintain accurate record of

activities, including entering potential leads into Philos.







**RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







Education: Associates Degree /

College Diploma







Technical proficiency:

Experienced in Excel, Microsoft Word, SAP, Siemens GSP,







Industry/business acumen:

Experience with machine tool products, core customers, and familiarity with

Siemens go to market approach is preferred.







Work experience: 5+ years

of experience communicating with customers and end users.







Ability to travel up to 10% of

the time







**PreferredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







Education: Bachelors Degree







Work experience:

harvesting sales leads through install base or other tools.
