We are actively hiring full time **Customer Service Representative II** (CSR II) for the Retirement Income Services team in Warwick, Rhode Island! As a CSR II, you will handle customer service inquiries via the telephone and/or email and answer questions or resolve problems. Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Maintain quality service by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. And, contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. The successful candidate will leverage effective listening skills, an attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity and an honest desire to make a difference to ensure each customer experience is exceptional. **Key Responsibilities** **:**







+ Handles customer service inquiries via the telephone and/or email with professionalism and apositive attitude.



+ Researches and resolves customer problems.



+ Shows initiative by going above and beyond for MetLifes customers.



+ Uses multiple computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.



+ Maintains quality service by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.



+ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.







**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**







Required







+ High school Diploma required..



+ Minimum 6 months of related customer service experience



+ Customer resolution/problem solving experience



+ Time management skills



+ Strong ability to navigate multiple computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.



+ Must be available to work Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM 9:00 PM .







Preferred







+ Bachelors degree preferred
