Job Function

Design, develop and implement short and long term solutions to improve the order to cash process, improve the customer experience and maintain quality and compliance integrity.

Core Responsibilities

Individual is responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Process Improvement Responsibilities

  • Analyzes business processes to improve quality, compliance and efficiency.
  • Develops corrective actions for driving long-term improvements in systems design and processes.
  • Implement recommendations through collaboration with Customer Service leadership.
  • Design, implement and execute internal monitoring plans to assess processes and comply with regulations.

    Product Lifecycle Responsibilities

    • Coordinates mew product introduction or end of life communications and in-service meetings to inform all Customer Service teams of dates and requirements.
    • Facilitates discussions and meetings with stakeholders to ensure adequate preparation, communication and adherence to plans.
    • Supports marketing strategy by implementing appropriate internal business processes and assists in the training/communication of the processes with the sales force.

      Master Data Responsibilities

      • Implement processes to insure quality integrity of customer master, pricing and market release master data.
      • Administer master data creation, update and change transactions.


         (Influence/Leadership) Begins establishing and cultivating a network of internal resources to facilitate completion of tasks. Individual influence is typically exerted at the peer level.

        (Planning/Organization) Completes daily work to meet established schedule with guidance from supervisor on prioritization of tasks.

        (Decision Making/Impact) May exercise authority within pre-established limits and approval. Failure to achieve results can normally be overcome without serious effect on the business.


        Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
