**Role Value Proposition:**







Responsible for managing day-to-day workload of procurement contract negotiation team ensuring projects are moving forward at a reasonable pace.







**Key Responsibilities:**







1. Manage team workload including project assignments



2. Report out on overall team project workload volume and cycle time



3. Manage projects including special corporate transaction support, education development, database cleanup, and continued process improvement



4. Coordinate CMG-related communication efforts for team in collaboration with Procurement Communications



5. Manage Procurement Contracts mailbox



6. Manage content of CMG ToolKit







**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**







+ Undergraduate degree required, paralegal training preferred



+ 5+ years related experience in project management



+ Basic knowledge of contract negotiation process
