This role is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of procedure repository websites, SharePoint sites, and other related sites. Must work with management, teammates, and across the organization to determine the needs for a specific site/area create the design and define the organization of the site. Also responsible to ensure appropriate testing is being done prior to launching new or improved sites to fix issues before a site is available to its intended audience. Responsibilities also include graphic design requests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Architectural design

+ Implementation

+ Visual design

+ Management/Maintenance

+ Maintain an inventory of procedures and manage the publish process.

+ Debug issues that arise with the performance of sites.

+ Troubleshoot sites.

+ Maintain responsive design.

+ Plan for future changes to sites.

+ Create graphics, banners, landing pages, and web sites.

+ Design layout and templates for maximum usability.

+ Edit and customize pages.

+ Day-to-day updates and maintenance.

+ Upgrade sites by updating content and graphics; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.

+ Able to quickly learn the capabilities of enterprise SharePoint tools.

+ Manage lists, add documents to document libraries, add Webparts, create/manage alerts, add and customize pages, apply themes and borders, create groups.

+ Assist business with the migration of documents from file shares, other platforms or other SharePoint site collections.

+ Design landing pages, site collections, lists, etc. for team sites on request.

+ Manage permissions of SharePoint sites.

+ Create site graphics as needed

+ Assist with day-to-day requests for graphic design assistance and creation

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ Intermediary web design experience/education (HTML and CSS)

+ Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred

+ Graphic design experience

+ Strong troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to multi-task, innovation and resourcefulness

+ Self-directed and capable of working in fast-paced environment

+ Demonstrate customer-centric focus

+ Strong partnering skills

+ Ability to influence others toward best solutions to meet business goals


+ Knowledge and experience with SharePoint

+ Experience implementing, supporting, and administering SharePoint sites
