In this role you will develop criteria and ensures that operational processes and transactions meet quality standards for performance. Analyzes problems and uses root cause diagnostics to determine problematic trends, and recommends corrective action plans

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Completes statistical analysis control charts for audit findings.

+ Identifies training and improvement opportunities for case managers and clinicians.

+ Assists in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual data; uses clinical expertise in conducting analyses of data and determining root cases of identified trends

+ Contributes to development of new and updated quality processes for continuous improvement

+ Works with management to address clinical/customer issues from our partner areas (training, Quality program, vendor and reporting

+ Acts as a resource for clinical related and technical issues

+ Assists management in analyzing quality and clinical results, and developing action plans to resolve any trending that may occur

+ Partners with learning and development staff to insure quality training for new hires as well as existing staff.

+ Partners with our reporting team to develop/implement reporting to manager our clinical operations

+ Partner with our vendor teams to provide feedback on opportunity, concerns, needs for our clinical program

+ Designs quality assurance reporting formats and metrics to meet business goals.

+ Compiles QA reports, statistics and analyses for management.

+ May assist in research, analysis and recommendation of key quality improvements and cost reduction opportunities.

+ Identifies trends, root causes, and quality gaps from the analysis of data to improve the customer experience.

+ Continuously communicates areas of opportunity to the leadership.

+ Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements or training needs utilizing root cause analysis and the PDCA methodology.

+ Identify opportunities to improve the quality assurance inspection process. **Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:** **Required**

+ 3 years of disability experience

+ High School Diploma **Preferred**
