The Global Technology & Operations group (GTO) is a diverse team of engineers, developers, business analysts, claims analysts and project managers with the freedom to create innovative solutions to address core business challenges with MetLife. This role is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing client service of the GSI Individual Disability Income (IDI) groups as assigned as well as from an overall team perspective. This includes and is not limited to facilitating all case set up changes, enrollments, renewals, work with GSI billing, production, underwriting and policy issuance/ administration to ensure 100% accuracy of all correspondence/materials sent to group customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Associate is responsible/owns all aspects of the ongoing service for customer groups as assigned, which includes design of the customer process, all case set-up maintenance and all interaction with key business partners to insure successful customer satisfaction.

+ Cultivate positive relationships with team members and outside partners that the associate will be working with.

+ Monitor Quality Assurance for all assigned groups to ensure accuracy though exercising audit controls through various functions including enrollment materials, proposals, rosters, trackers and case file documentation.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ High School diploma

+ 2+ years customer facing experience in insurance or financial services.

+ 2+ years experience in managing within multiple computer systems, some proprietary.

+ 2+ years in large complex account management and problem resolution through coordination of efforts with multiple internal and external partners.

+ Experienced in managing multiple tasks in complex changing environment, while balancing the need for quality with on-time delivery.

+ Well-developed relationship building skill set (interpersonal, communication, collaboration) skills.

+ MS Office Suite Intermediate to advanced skills with Excel.

+ Exceptional written and oral communications.

+ Organizational and project management skills.

+ Ability to influence others.


+ Bachelor degree
