**Job Description:**







Reporting to Sr. Manager of marketing responsible for innovation center (executive briefing center / customer experience center)







This internship will primarily support the innovation center and market analysis and research work.







**IC visit coordination**







+ Support IC manager responsible for overall customer and internal visit program planning and execution.



+ Ensure all customer and internal visit programs are managed and executed effectively by supporting the IC manager



+ Support customized visit agendas, scheduling and hosting pre-briefing meetings to ensure account teams collaborate with speakers and that all participants understand account status and visit objectives.



+ Support IC activity database to effectively analyze ROI of customer visits



+ Support customer visit logistics, vendor relationships (i.e. catering, transportation, digital media)



+ Support inventory of all supplies and visit materials for the Innovation Center







**Market analysis**







+ Support market analysis and research work including data modeling and harmonization of data from various sources.



+ Collect market intelligence, analyze/assess market, trends, volume, growth rates



+ Track, monitor and report business changes in the ultrasound and general medical imaging markets



+ Support validation of market data by comparing various market data to improve transparency etc.







Requires the ability to do analytical work, but also requires the ability to data-mine. Candidate is required to have strong individual imitative and ability to handle complex tasks coordinating among various groups in Marketing & Sales group. Should understand basics of marketing and have above average verbal and written skills. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft excel/think-cell and power point.







Will accept the bachelors and masters level candidates and tailor workload accordingly. Ideal candidate has background in business, marketing or related field with experience.







Will support on-going business project in the areas of market & competitive intelligence depending on business needs at time of employment.
