**Job Description:**







**Position Overview**







This is a process improvement role driving and supporting the automation and digitalization of both internal and external facing applications. This position reports into the Service Delivery organization. This is a key role in leading, promoting and sustaining automation and digitalization within the Customer Services Business Unit.







**Responsibilities**







+ Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.



+ Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models



+ Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance



+ design and build software solutions to improve internal and external processes - example customer portals that will facilitate customer engagement



+ Support business needs and requirements through development of web based tools to improve efficiencies and internal processes







**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







+ Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field.



+ 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities as presented above.



+ 3-5 years Information Systems experience preferably with software in the Required Skills (i.e. SAP ERP, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, Visual Studio, WebFOCUS, Tableau, QuickBooks, VMware, JIRA, etc.).



+ High level of proficiency with financial analysis and business acumen



+ Excellent communication and influence skills



+ High level of independent decision making



+ Strong data reporting ability



+ Entrepreneurial spirit



+ Advanced knowledge of software (i.e.SAP ERP, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, Visual Studio, WebFOCUS, Tableau, QuickBooks, VMware, JIRA, etc.)



+ Proficient user of MS Office







**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**







+ Knowledge of computer language ( ie. ABAP, C#, SQL, VBA, Java, HTML/CSS, PHP, ect)



+ Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to successful manage multiple deliverables at a time.



+ Excellent Presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise presentations to a senior executive management
