**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst I for the Siemens US

Services Organization. This role proactively supports the USA-based

Services team to ensure efficient and accurate administration of

services projects and operations. The Business Operations Analyst I

will interact not only internally with Siemens PLM team members,

management and executives, but also, with Siemens customers and



Assist project and program managers to maintain current and accurate

project information for financial and overall status tracking.

Perform services billing and invoicing as appropriate and ensure

compliance with Siemens PLM billing and revenue recognition guidelines.

Maintain project data quality in Siemens PLM project administration


Support the administration of human resources including but not

limited to new hires, transfers, separations, tuition assistance, HR

maintenance and staffing requisitions.

Prepare subcontractors accruals, project cost deferrals and any needed

journal entries.

Drive general administration, revenue, billing, invoicing, and

financial process consistency.

Participate in internal and external audit activities (as requested).

Review customer-facing proposals for compliance with PLM standards.

Assist with purchasing of goods and the associated administration in


**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

2-5 years of related work experience.

Experience with MS Excel including pivot tables and formulas.

Experience in contract and purchase order processing, billing, and


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Ability to execute tasks independently and in a team environment.

Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail.

Must be very process oriented.

Tenacity to independently solve problems.

Must be able to be firm dealing with both internal and external

customers and able to push back when necessary.

Flexibility with respect to extra working hours when necessary.

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

Knowledge of SiemensPLM management and administrative systems.

Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Knowledge of SAP, SFDC and/or NetSuite OpenAir.

Experience with consulting environment.

CPA a Plus.
