**Job Description:**

This position supports Laboratory Diagnostic Manufacturing.

The primary role of this individual is for chromatography manufacturing and support. Additionally this individual will to utilize project management skill sets to lead and facilitate in-house validations from Engineering, Technical Operations, et al into Manufacturing and see these validations through completion and commercial use.

The scope of this role includes equipment validations and raw material validations for concentrates, conjugates, reagents, and CIP (clean-in-place). Facilitating meetings with multifunctional areas within the business as well as owning and completing key Validation deliverables at Siemens Healthineers.


+ Overall responsibility is representing Manufacturing within the Validation Process.

+ Represents Manufacturing in cross functional meetings including; change teams, document reviews, FMEAs, and process reviews.

+ Details of job tasks include:

+ Leading multi-functional team meetings

+ Utilizing project management skills sets to complete project deliverables

+ This includes effective communication, leadership, organizational skills

+ Leading and implementing the qualification and/or validation of new equipment(s) or raw material(s) within Walpole Manufacturing

+ Leading and implementing Change Control Projects as appropriate

**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

+ Bachelors Degree required. (Project Management, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or other applicable Science Degree)

+ 3-5 years work experience.

+ Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs including Microsoft Project and Visio

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to provide guidance and leadership

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

+ Experience in immunoassay diagnostics or immunochemistry is preferred.

+ A solid technical background in manufacturing processes is a plus

+ A background in chromatography is a plus
