This person will provide client-focused HR solutions that drive business results for Global Brand and Marketing, Global Legal Affairs and Corporate Affairs. This position will work closely with the AVP, HR Leads for each functional area and will take point bringing HR solutions in a timely fashion to further the objectives of the client area. This position will have the opportunity to interact directly with key business leaders to identify and deliver HR solutions while ensuring compliance with all HR related laws and regulations.







**Key Responsibilities:**







+ Specific focus of the role will be coordinating HR processes for client areas including performance management, compensation planning reports and analysis, organizational and HR related changes, coordination with employment law, roll up and reporting on Talent Management activities as well as helping to coordinate recruiting process for the clients.



+ The incumbent will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), including the HR Service Center, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Reporting, Analytics and International Assignments.



+ This position will have a dual reporting relationship with the AVP, HR Lead for Global Brand and Marketing and the AVP, HR Lead for Global Legal Affairs and Corporate Affairs







**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**







Required:







+ 3-5 yrs. Human Resources experience.



+ HS Diploma.



+ Timely; customer focused attitude and approach.



+ Strong attention to detail.



+ Strong analytical and reporting skills, specifically Microsoft Excel pivot tables.



+ Team player; flexible style; articulate and professional.



+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.



+ Strong collaboration skills; must be able to build strong relationships internally and externally.



+ Drives results and is self-motivated.







Preferred:







+ Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
