**Role Value Proposition:**

This position will assist with the maintenance and execution of a comprehensive Identity Governance program. This includes ensuring appropriate application and system access through access entitlement reviews. This role will also support additional initiatives such as Role Based Access Control (RBAC).

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Conduct periodic quality assurance measures against results of access reviews.

+ Administrative tasks as needed related to access appropriateness reviews.

+ Identify, document, and implement process.

+ Assist in the support of new application and system deployments to ensure appropriate access management implementation and identify automation and simplification opportunities.

+ Support internal and external audits by gathering or coordinating the collection of any necessary evidence.

+ Publish periodic program metrics covering overall identity management priority initiatives, associated milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.



+ Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of IT experience, or in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.

+ Associates Degree or High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 4 years of IT experience.


+ Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Identity Management and Access Governance.

+ Minimum of 1 years of demonstrated knowledge of Access Management requirements impacting the Financial Services Industry.

**Essential Skills:**

+ Knowledgeable with Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management and Active Directory Services.

+ Experience and understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ, RACF, database security, UNIX security.

+ Direct experience with supporting compliance and security control implementation and evidence collection.

+ Ability to effectively communicate risks and requirements in business terms.

+ Ability to work independently and with various levels of technical and non-technical personnel.

+ Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to operate effectively either independently or in teams, making timely progress on tasks while dealing with potential process and project ambiguity

+ Demonstrate a degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ Strong understanding of methodologies, tools, best practices and processes within specific area of responsibility

+ Experience in translating business information into detailed functional requirements.

+ Familiar with SOX and PCI compliance requirements related to access management is a plus.

+ Excellent organizational, planning, decision making and time management skills.

+ Must be flexible and be able to function in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
