**Role Value Proposition:**

The Archer Administrator will be responsible for the day to day administration of solutions within MetLifes RSA Archer 6.2 Platform environment. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing simultaneous work efforts as well as of maintaining close working relationships with business partners and technical peers. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be expected to work closely with onshore and offshore developers and business partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assist with the configuration, management, architect and support of both core and on-demand applications

+ Assist with the administration of items like user accounts, data feeds, workflow & reports access etc.

+ Assist in the design and development of reporting inclusive of dashboard and iViews

+ Collaborate with business customers in applying process and functional requirements to application design modifications. Creativity and the ability to anticipate future requirements are a must.

+ Day-to-day assignments will include meetings with project team members and business partners, converting business requirements to technical solutions, working with infrastructure resources, creating testing scenarios and partnering with the QA team to execute, and coordinating user acceptance testing. **Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills** :

+ Fluent with all aspects of the RSA Archer eGRC environment including: administration, reporting, work flows, dashboards, notifications, related applications and feeds

+ Strong knowledge in using the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Visio or comparable process flow design tools

+ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

+ Knowledge of data feeds

+ Experience integrating with other tools like ServiceNow

+ Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Required:**

+ 3+ years experience as a GRC Administrator (preferred experience and/or certified for RSA Archer) or other enterprise wide system administrator

+ Knowledge of Risk Management , control design, execution and monitoring preferred **Preferred:**

+ Ability to work under the direction of management and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines

+ Ability to work in a team environment or independently

+ Driven, eager to learn, and an eye for quality

+ Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills are essential

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks based on business requirements
