**Job Description:**

**Siemens PLM US Talent Acquisition**


Performs administrative duties for one or more mid-level leaders and department professionals. Is knowledgeable of company policies and procedures. Has some access to confidential information. Regularly exercise discretion and judgment in their work. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment. May make contacts with individuals both inside and outside the company relaying information that is highly sensitive or confidential. Operates under minimal supervision.


**Sole admin support for 60+ team members responsible for:**

All Purchase Requisitions and Invoices using SAP and EZ-Suite

New Vendor Set-Up

$133k Travel Budget Management (FY 2018)

Position Creation Forms using My HR-MSS

HR Requests in SAP/My HR-MSS (i.e. New Hire, Job Code Change, etc.)

Onboarding Set-up (SAP/My HR-MSS, PKI Card Requests)

Org Changes (i.e. Rename, Create, Transfer)

Supplies (i.e. Laptops, Software Licenses) ***limited without P-card**

Booking Travel (Hiring Manager Only)

Calendar Management (Hiring Manager Only)

**Support-Global Mindsphere Campaign Manager- sole admin support for 4 team members responsible for:**

Calendar Management: Scheduling interviews for Americas and EMEA Mindsphere Manager positions

HR Requests in SAP/My HR-MSS (i.e. New Hire)

Onboarding (SAP/My HR-MSS, PKI Card)

**_Global Marketing-_** **solely responsible for:**

BTA Requests

Purchase Order Signatures

Executive Participation Form- tracking for events

Update Org Chart Monthly

Lunches- Meetings, Interlock (order, setup, cleanup)

Run weekly PCF report (My HR-MSS)

Run monthly EDR report (SAP)

Event Planning Support- HR Round Table and Staff Meeting meals and activity; Converge team dinner

_Front Desk_

Rotate front desk/phone coverage with other admins

Manage office mail on assigned days

_Back up Support for Administrator Overflow_

Purchase Requisitions, Invoices, PCF requests

Misc. Requests (Update trackers incl. inventory/PCF/Purchasing), FedEx shipment, printing, HR requests in SAP/My HR-MSS (i.e. separation requests; job code changes; transfers)

Assist in daily activities as directed by Heather Johnson

**Skills and Requirements** Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel,PowerPoint

Knowledge of SAP helpful but not required

Ability to follow directions and work independently
